- About Me:
- I am a painter and musicians, singer and songwriter. I have been drawing since I was six and playing the guitar since I was 10. I have been playing over 30 years now. I play mostly by ear. I took the plunge last summer and recorded for the first time. What an amazing experience. I have been working in collaborate with other musicians here in NYC to record a new CD this fall.
When I write I am daydreaming of things that have been and things to come. Mainly I'm just thinking out loud, working it out and shifting my gears. Writing music is one on my favorite things to do. My style verges from a blues twist to folk rock.

- What I listen to mostly is Jazz,Blues, Reggae Roots, World music.
My Influences for my music have been Joan Armatrading,Bonnie Raitt, Ani DiFranco , Suzanne Vega, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jonny Lang.

It is taking the front seat with her creativity. She had been getting down and dirty with working on film animation for her music and her art.

Meg's music is about life and its possibilities. Her Lyrics are about things we all do. Thoughts in our head, daydreaming, and the pursuit making it all work out. And the search for what we dont know but learn with time. Playing by ear and tapping her toes Meg gets the melodies going. Her style verges from a blues twist to folk rock. She has lived in NYC since 1985.
